The story

 

Magnus and Kalle are two childhood friends who started CPH Smash in a small food trailer on Sluseholmen with one simple idea: to create Denmark's best smash burger.

 

They spent countless hours perfecting the recipe, and it quickly became clear that a true smash burger was missing in Copenhagen. Customers began to flock in, and people willingly stood in line for up to an hour and a half to get their daily CPH Smash burger.

 

After the first year, the small trailer was replaced with a larger food truck so that even more people could enjoy the crispy, juicy burgers.

Now, a year and a half later, the next step is a restaurant in Kødbyen with space for both seated guests inside and outside, drinks, beer, wine and the same smiling, welcoming service that everyone knows from the food truck.
